Holiday Street Legends Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Mexico Racing League set of 4 tires giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mexico Racing League (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Mexico Racing League are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends on Friday, January 9th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry:
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases made at mexicoracingleague.com during the Giveaway Period. The Sticker packs = 100 entries each.
All entries are automatically calculated at checkout — no additional registration required. From time to time, Mexico Racing League may offer bonus or multiplier entry periods on select products or promotions. These multipliers will be clearly communicated on the website or associated marketing materials during the promotional period.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry total in the Giveaway.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 11, 2025 and received by November 15, 2025.
Duplicate or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.


5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a set of 4 tires from any of the tire options we have listed on the website.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000 USD.
No substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends.

The winner will be announced on Instagram (@mexicoracingleague) and contacted directly via email or text message.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants grant Mexico Racing League permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.


8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mexico Racing League, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Mexico Racing League’s Privacy Policy, available at mexicoracingleague.com.
